Paalak Raita

One more interesting recipe which is extremely healthy and can be included in your daily diet. Extremely simple to make..and tangy !!!

Ingredients:(For 4 people)

Spinach (1 small bunch)
Curd (4 bowls)
Green Chilly (1 nos.)
Chat masala
Cumin seed powder
Salt as per taste

Method:
1. Blanch Spinach in water for a few minutes till they become a little soft
2. Drain the water and let the leaves cool down
3. Grind the leaves with a green chilly and keep aside
4. Beat the curd
5. Mix the spinach paste into curd
6. Add salt and sprinkle a little cummin powder and chat masala as per taste

Awesome tangy Paalak Raita is ready to serve.
